For any of you who regularly check out Channel 4’s – very graphic – Embarrassing Bodies, you might have seen a former instalment which highlighted the problem of extreme sweating. This topic is of specific interest to the Water Delivery Company and its sister company, the Water Cooler Company, as it highlights the importance of drinking water. Considering your sweat rate will also be able to give you a better idea of how much water you should be consuming, which means you’ll know how often to waddle to the water cooler. Sweating is necessary as it influences our body temperatures in hot weather, or when exercising, as a matter of fact if we didn’t sweat, we’d expire. Actually, around 1% of the population sweats excessively in moments when they are neither hot nor exercising. This affliction is titled hyperhidrosis, and victims can lose up to four times the average amount of sweat a day! However much you sweat, it’s vital to keep your hydration levels just right. Both drinking large quantities, or not drinking enough water canresult in acute medical issues, and in this country, it’s the latter that is the most frequent issue. Having water coolers in the domestic space could make all the difference, and with the huge range on offer, you’ll get the one you want.
